Chanel Treasury Analyst

- Review and control cash receipts and disbursements under the supervision of the Treasury Manager.
- Create and maintain Customer & Vendor Master Data.
- Conduct daily debt collection and customer follow-up.
- Record payment journals accurately.
- Review and distribute invoices using Coupa.
- Process and validate transactions between Coupa and AX.
- Prepare payments through electronic banking systems.
- Review and record intercompany invoices.
- Prepare monthly auxiliary reports.
- Conduct quarterly intercompany reconciliation processes.
- Send monthly account statements and weekly debit & credit notes to customers.
- Send weekly payment notifications to vendors.
- Review and record customer and vendor retention tax.
- Control, review, and approve changes in the Customer Information System (CIS).
- Prepare monthly netting journal payments.
- Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare annual Transfer Pricing Reports for Global.
- Prepare monthly liquidity plans (Actual).
- Record other collections and bank charges.
- Control, review, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Review and record travel expenses using SAP Concur.
- Assist the department in other areas as required.
- Prepare monthly DPO and DSO reports.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Treasury or Accounting roles within multinational companies.
- Experience with ERP systems such as AX and SAP.
- Knowledge of tools like Coupa and Concur.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Organized, resourceful, and analytical mindset.
Minimum of 2 years in Treasury or Accounting positions within multinational companies, with exposure to the complete accounting cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
