1. Define and communicate the regional POS application vision aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Identify regional market trends and customer needs to shape product direction.
3. Manage and prioritize the regional application backlog, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
4. Collaborate with development, QA, and integration teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for regional POS application-related inquiries and decisions.
6. Coordinate regional rollouts of new POS features, hardware, and integrations.
7. Ensure POS systems comply with local laws, tax regulations, and payment standards.
8. Develop and deliver training support and documentation for Retail support teams.
9. Monitor system performance and user adoption, addressing issues proactively.

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner in a retail environment.
2. 3–5+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in retail.
3. Strong knowledge of Oracle XStore and SIOCS platforms.
4. Solid understanding of store operations, inventory management, and customer experience.
5. Professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).

1. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for business users.
2. Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
3. Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and user-focused.
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

3–5+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in retail.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
