- Achieve sales goals while adhering to exceptional customer service standards and supporting store management.
- Enhance the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
- Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure merchandising and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Organize warehouse and wrapping areas.
- Process sales transactions and handle all payment methods.
- Assist with inventory and stock controls.
- Review reservations daily and follow up with clients.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding new collections, birthdays, and after-sales services.
- Support merchandise reception and labeling processes.
- Address client complaints and follow up on after-sales services.
- Ensure the client database is up to date.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships with high-end customers.
- Adaptability to flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong client orientation and service mindset.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational and resourceful skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
