1. Achieve sales goals while adhering to exceptional customer service standards and supporting store management.
2. Enhance the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
5. Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Ensure merchandising and cleanliness standards are maintained.
7. Organize warehouse and wrapping areas.
8. Process sales transactions and handle all payment methods.
9. Assist with inventory and stock controls.
10. Review reservations daily and follow up with clients.
11. Maintain communication with clients regarding new collections, birthdays, and after-sales services.
12. Support merchandise reception and labeling processes.
13. Address client complaints and follow up on after-sales services.
14. Ensure the client database is up to date.

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
3. Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus.
4. Ability to build strong relationships with high-end customers.
5. Adaptability to flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.
