1. Define and support the global buying strategy during buying sessions and lead regional purchasing initiatives.
2. Develop new reporting mechanisms to track performance by region, category, and product, and implement actions for improvement.
3. Drive and support regional teams to optimize business results.
4. Coordinate sales, sell-through, and stock reports across various periods, regions, and product categories.
5. Monitor delivery information to regional teams.
6. Manage daily requests from local merchandisers and coordinate centrally.
7. Optimize product allocations and shipments to stores.
8. Prepare presentations and visual materials for diverse purposes.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.

8. Fluency in French and English.

7-10 years of business experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Bachelor’s degree, business major preferred.
