- Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.

- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding after-sales services.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.

- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.

- Previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer needs.
- Team-player mentality.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
