1. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process, embodying the values and passion of the Maison.
2. Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.
3. Adapt sales techniques to meet client needs and motivations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Handle negotiations and objections with ease and professionalism.
5. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding after-sales services.
6. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
7. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing client loyalty.
8. Develop and manage the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.
9. Participate in client events, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
10. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures, ensuring operational excellence.
11. Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
12. Support special projects as required.

1. Previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail.
