1. Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
2. Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients upon arrival.
4. Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
5. Implement New Retail strategies, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, and Virtual Sales Ceremonies.
6. Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the client database and preparing inventory.
8. Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.

1. Completed training or experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
2. Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.

1. Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
2. Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
3. Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
4. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
5. Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
6. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
7. Competence with digital tools such as client apps and Click and Collect systems.

Experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and watch sectors, is preferred.

Completed training in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
