1. Welcome clients, manage waiting times, and coordinate with sales staff for prompt customer service; provide refreshments and assist sales staff during transactions.
2. Participate in exhibitions and sales events organized by BVLGARI stores.
3. Conduct stock management operations according to established procedures and assist in inventory processes, supporting the Back Office team.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Perform sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification.
6. Execute any additional tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store as directed by supervisors and company procedures.
7. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions in the appropriate system, and handle labeling of supplies.
8. Maintain store orderliness and cleanliness.
9. Liaise with the head office.
10. Adhere to store safety regulations.
11. Support management in scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
12. Monitor store KPIs, including client feedback and mystery shopping results, share insights with the team, and implement regular follow-ups and improvement actions.
