1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure assortment fulfillment in boutiques based on sales and model stock plans.
2. Evaluate stock availability against model stock and negotiate allocations with APAC/HQ.
3. Analyze monthly needs based on back orders and sales forecasts.
4. Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to address stock shortages and needs.
5. Support the Merchandising Manager in sales forecasting for new products alongside the Supply Chain Executive.
6. Manage stock levels for new store openings and events.
7. Supervise customer and special order entry, tracking order processes and deliveries.
8. Support boutiques in customer and special order processes, including consignment.
9. Manage delays in customer and special orders by coordinating with boutiques and HQ.
10. Oversee import/export processes, liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
11. Identify and manage local regulatory constraints on import/export, proposing action plans to mitigate risks.
12. Follow up on ATA Carnet processes.
13. Build strong relationships with the Merchandising Manager to align on product assortment and replenishment processes.
14. Provide leadership and motivation to engage and guide team members towards achieving objectives.

1. Proven experience in supply chain management within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
3. Experience in managing import/export processes and compliance with local regulations.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
