3. Develop and maintain client relationships, aiming to exceed sales targets.
4. Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
5. Adhere to the sales process and update CRM data accurately.
6. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through invitations, events, and personalized gestures.
7. Organize and attend events to promote the Maison and develop new business partnerships.

1. Well-groomed with high presentation standards.
2. Previous experience in jewelry and luxury retail boutique environments.
3. Ability to work weekends and late shifts.
4. Agile, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
5. Strong methodical and team spirit approach.
6. Fluent in French and English.

1. Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
2. Proactive in organizing and attending promotional events.
3. Ability to develop new partnerships across various luxury industries.

Previous experience in a jewelry and luxury retail boutique environment is required.
