1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a Palace-level service.
2. Serve beverages to clients with discretion and respect.
3. Manage client wait times and provide information as needed.
4. Present the boutique tour to clients.
5. Assist sales associates during product presentations.
6. Listen attentively to client and sales associate requests, adapting to each situation.
7. Prepare items in boxes, create gift packages, and issue certificates.
8. Participate in boutique setup and maintain its appearance according to brand guidelines.
9. Oversee orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
10. Implement security protocols within the boutique.
11. Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
12. Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
13. Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

2. Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry, with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in English; a third language is appreciated.
4. Presentable with a strong sense of service.
