1. Receive and unload merchandise, ensuring accurate barcode scanning and verification of transport documents.
2. Record stock in the warehouse management system, ensuring goods are stored according to guidelines.
3. Organize stock transfers and returns, preparing necessary documentation such as CITES forms.
4. Collaborate with store management to ensure consignment procedures are followed.
5. Manage omnichannel services including in-store pickup and distant sales shipments.
6. Execute administrative tasks and maintain documentation for CITES items.
7. Conduct daily checks on sold material and warehouse stock, coordinating replenishment requests.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Availability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
6. Knowledge of SAP system is advantageous.
