1. Manage sample and showroom logistics, including the dispatch and receipt of samples and tracking of shipments.
2. Coordinate local and international sample rotations.
3. Prepare presentations and regular reports.
4. Assist in event preparation and coordination of material tools.
5. Support invoice handling and data input.
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Higher Diploma or above, with knowledge of PR concepts considered an advantage.

1. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
2. Skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Chinese typing.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Experience in a communications or public relations role is preferred.

Higher Diploma or above.
