4. Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
5. Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.

1. Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele.
2. Experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in the luxury sector, with an affinity for ready-to-wear fashion.

2. Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
3. Ability to cross-sell across all product categories.
4. Versatile with a passion for challenges.
5. Fluent in French and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail as a Client Advisor is preferred.
