These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at ceruleanjobs.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Cerulean ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site. Our service is primarily intended to help people build their careers and find work in the luxury industry. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cerulean or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. This includes the beautiful Cerulean wordmark, and our handsome "CJ" monogram, which we often present inside a cerulean blue ellipse. This also includes our Language of Luxury glossary of industry terminology. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerulean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Site.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Changes to These Terms
