Joseph Phelps Vineyards seeks an accomplished Events Manager to orchestrate a comprehensive calendar of luxury wine experiences, from intimate tastings and private dinners to multi-day release weekends and corporate retreats. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess, creative event design capabilities, and an intimate understanding of fine wine hospitality. Reporting to leadership, this role encompasses full-cycle event management—from client consultation and budget planning through vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event analysis—with responsibility for maintaining luxury brand standards across winery events, Phelps Preferred experiences, trade functions, and internal company celebrations.
