The role combines strategic business management—including staffing coordination, sales goal achievement, and budget oversight—with hands-on mentorship and customer experience excellence. Reporting to the Area Manager – North, the Supervisor drives daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance targets while building a loyal clientele base and implementing best practices across the Sephora partnership.
