Watchmaking Finisher Apprentice

Patek Philippe seeks an apprentice watchmaking finisher to perfect the aesthetic qualities of watch components—cases, case backs, bracelet links, clasps, and jewelry pieces—using abrasive materials applied to specialized surfaces such as polishing discs and brushes. Over a three-year dual apprenticeship program delivered internally and in partnership with the Porrentruy technical vocational school, the candidate will develop expertise in surface finishing techniques including mirror polishing, satin finishing, and micro-blasting while performing rigorous visual and dimensional controls to ensure conformity with the brand's exacting standards.
