Quality Manager

TAG Heuer seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all quality management systems and product conformance at its Tramelan manufacture. Reporting to the General Director, the incumbent will develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with Swiss watchmaking standards, lead a team of seven quality professionals, supervise production controls from raw materials to finished goods, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility. This role encompasses compliance verification, audit coordination, root cause analysis of non-conformities, and technical support to production, development, and supply chain teams.
