Manager, Category Activation

Sephora seeks a Manager, Category Activation to drive growth of the Sephora Collection brand and Fragrance category across Singapore and Malaysia. This strategic role encompasses commercial planning, brand building, and retail operations across omnichannel platforms (brick-and-mortar and e-commerce). The incumbent will develop and execute category strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee store teams and incentive programs, and collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to achieve volume and margin targets.
