Sephora seeks a Specialist for its Trento store to lead department operations, manage team performance, and drive omnichannel engagement. The role encompasses KPI monitoring (recruitment, client management, conversion rates), team development, quality assurance across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories, and coordination of in-store services and events. The successful candidate will report to the Store Manager and contribute to commercial and HR strategy whilst ensuring compliance with all company procedures and commercial policies.
