A 400‑hour internship combining classroom and hands‑on culinary training at Belmond Academy in Rapallo, followed by an in‑company stage at a Belmond hotel. Ten participants will receive English training, Master Classes by the LVMH Institute and practical placement; meals and uniforms are provided during the stage.

Up to 10 participants will train as Receptionists or Concierges with theoretical lessons, English for Hotellerie, masterclasses and an in‑company internship at Belmond hotels. Meals and uniforms are provided during the placement.
