Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations

LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an experienced Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations to lead the conditioning workshop at its Vervins facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role involves overseeing the packaging operations of prestigious fragrance brands (Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums) while maintaining strict standards for safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines. The successful candidate will manage a team of 60 operators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene protocols.
