Machine Operator - Acid Etching Specialist

Saint-Louis, a Hermès subsidiary and world-renowned luxury crystal manufactory, seeks an experienced Machine Operator to oversee acid-etching installation operations. This role, internally titled "Trempeur," involves managing the acid immersion process that restores brilliance to hand-cut crystal pieces post-production. The operator will load rotating drums into acid baths, manage the neutralization system for acidic effluent treatment, ensure product quality, calibrate equipment according to piece specifications, identify production improvements, and coordinate with the Cold Glass production team to ensure seamless workflow across all product categories.
