Moët & Chandon, part of Moët Hennessy's prestigious champagne portfolio within LVMH, seeks an R&D intern for a six-month placement within the Microbiology-Biochemistry division of the Robert-Jean de Vogüé Research and Development Centre. The successful candidate will support research into yeast selection and characterization, contributing to applied research addressing sector challenges including climate change and sustainable viticulture. Working alongside the oenology-biotechnology team, the intern will conduct fermentation analyses, synthesize findings on proprietary yeast strains, and contribute to laboratory communications.
