Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM), a specialized entity of Maison Hermès since 2020, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead industrial planning and operations across its Franche-Comté pole (170 employees across three sites). Reporting directly to the Pole Director and serving as a member of the management committee, this role orchestrates production planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance whilst maintaining deep operational understanding of precision metalwork, jewelry, and component assembly processes. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, anticipate industrial constraints, deploy a new ERP system, and manage a team of six direct reports with functional oversight of supply chain pilots at two additional sites.
