Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on diverse watch collections, from modern to vintage pieces, identifying specific intervention requirements with precision
• Execute partial service interventions on simple movements, complex chronographs, and vintage mechanisms, demonstrating technical mastery and polyvalence
• Perform case disassembly and reassembly, hand fitting, and casing operations with meticulous attention to functionality and aesthetic integrity
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations via the Proconcept ERP system and communicate estimates clearly to administrative departments
• Maintain rigorous adherence to Zenith's quality control standards and elevated service protocols at every intervention stage
• Organize and manage workflow autonomously and efficiently, ensuring all technical interventions are completed within prescribed timelines without compromising quality
• Contribute actively to workshop organization, workflow management (IT tracking, logistical coordination, spare parts inventory), and continuous process improvement
• Ensure each technical intervention fully meets client expectations, reflecting Zenith's precision craftsmanship and service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in a luxury watch brand's after-sales service workshop
• Proven expertise in quotation preparation within the horological service sector
• Demonstrated mastery of interventions on both simple movements and complex chronograph mechanisms
• In-depth understanding of watchmaking mechanisms and horological principles
• Proficiency with computer systems and ERP platforms for quotation management and intervention tracking
• Meticulous attention to detail with genuine passion for watchmaking and horology

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience within a luxury watch brand's after-sales service workshop, with proven expertise in establishing quotations and executing repairs on simple and complex movements.

Education

Formal watchmaking qualifications (CFC or equivalent horological apprenticeship) required.
