Zenith seeks a Master Watch Technician in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland—diagnostics, servicing, ERP quotations. Full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive technical diagnostics on watches spanning modern and vintage collections, adhering to Zenith's premium service standards
- Execute partial servicing on simple movements, complex chronographs, and historical timepiece calibers, demonstrating complete technical mastery
- Conduct case disassembly, reassembly, hand-setting, and casing operations with precision to ensure perfect functionality and aesthetic presentation
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations through the Proconcept ERP system and communicate technical findings clearly to the administrative team
- Maintain rigorous quality control and Zenith's elevated standards at every stage of technical intervention
- Independently organize and manage workload to complete all technical interventions within established timelines without compromising quality
- Contribute to workshop organization, workflow management, spare parts inventory, IT tracking systems, and continuous process optimization
- Ensure each technical intervention exceeds client expectations and reflects Zenith's commitment to horological excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of demonstrable experience within a service workshop of a prestigious watch manufacture
- Proven expertise in quotation preparation within the horological sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of watch mechanisms and proficiency servicing both simple and complex chronograph movements
- Proficiency with ERP systems and computer tools for quotation management and intervention tracking
- Meticulous attention to detail with genuine passion for horology
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years in a service workshop environment within the luxury watch sector, with proven experience in quotation preparation, diagnostics, and servicing of both simple and complex watch movements.
Education
Formal horological training or equivalent industry-recognized certification in watch repair and maintenance is required or strongly preferred.
