Zenith seeks a Marketing Manager, Americas in Manhattan, NYC to lead brand activation, trade marketing and visual merchandising across NAM & LATAM.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead brand activation strategies and campaign execution for product launches, partnerships and key commercial moments across North and Latin America.
  • Localize and adapt global campaign assets for regional formats, retail partners and market specificities; manage asset production, quality control and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement trade marketing programs, in‑store activations and partnership initiatives that strengthen brand positioning at point of sale.
  • Manage COOP marketing planning with retail partners and Sales Managers, track COOP budgets, process claims and invoices and optimise spend.
  • Oversee POS material coordination: ordering, inventory management and distribution to ensure availability for all activations and launches.
  • Create and maintain visual merchandising tools and a regional visual database; support shop‑in‑shop and corner implementation from design to on‑site roll‑out.
  • Conceptualize and support end‑to‑end event planning and execution for brand activations and wholesale activities, including vendor sourcing and on‑site logistics.
  • Maintain marketing budget tracking, create purchase orders, onboard vendors, process invoices and reconcile spend with finance.
  • Prepare concise, data‑driven reporting and presentations for senior management; monitor KPIs, competitive benchmarks and social media coverage to inform regional strategy.
  • Coordinate prototype loans and manage relationships with wholesale partners to supply digital assets, PR and social content as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive marketing experience, with proven responsibility for brand activation, trade marketing or retail-facing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, COOP programs and vendor relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent initiatives and meet tight launch timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Finance and HQ teams.
  • Fluent business proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM support is highly desirable.

Experience
