Zenith — Marketing Intern (Internship) in Singapore. Full‑time, mid‑July to Dec 2025; support PR, events, trade marketing and POS for the watches maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support PR and media relations: compile media clippings, maintain media tracking and report on brand exposure in collaboration with PR agencies.
- Coordinate and assist on photoshoots: track prototype availability, liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure production timelines are respected.
- Prepare and proof materials for print and digital campaigns in coordination with headquarters graphic designers.
- Support planning, execution and post-event recaps for brand events with internal boutiques and retail partners.
- Manage trade marketing activities: coordinate visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines and maintain merchandising/window animation calendar.
- Monitor ZENITH digital visibility across retail partners’ websites and social channels and coordinate corrective updates with partners.
- Manage POS material: forecast needs, track stock, process team requests and maintain POS and gift storage.
- Support development of sales training materials and collaborate with sales on incentive programs.
- Maintain and improve organisation of Marketing team shared files; assist Marketing Manager with budget follow-up and invoice tracking.
- Consolidate monthly reports, best-practice documents and competitor analyses; support ad-hoc projects for Sales and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Entry-level status; available full-time from mid-July to December 2025 (non-negotiable commitment).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable working autonomously and within multicultural teams.
- Positive, results-oriented attitude and team-player mindset.
- Previous experience or exposure to luxury goods or watchmaking is a plus.

Entry-level / internship position. Prior internship or coursework in marketing, communications or retail is advantageous; previous experience in luxury retail or watches is a plus.
