Zenith seeks an Indirect Procurement Buyer in Le Locle, Switzerland to manage supplier strategy and optimize indirect procurement costs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategy for the indirect supplier portfolio
- Execute full-cycle purchasing processes including consultation, negotiation, and contracting with complete autonomy
- Pilot supplier relationships and performance management (quality, cost, delivery, CSR) through continuous monitoring and annual business reviews with key partners
- Participate in CAPEX analyses for machinery investments and other industrial infrastructure
- Contribute to the development and execution of supplier audit strategy in collaboration with the Head of Procurement; analyze audit results for indirect suppliers
- Propose and implement improvements to procurement procedures to strengthen organizational resilience
- Continuously identify cost optimizations in coordination with internal clients (Operations, Commercial, Marketing)
- Collaborate with the LVMH Group to optimize manufacturing costs through group synergies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or University-level equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in indirect procurement, ideally within a demanding industrial environment
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly ProConcept or SAP
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical capabilities and synthesizing abilities
- Demonstrated initiative and dynamism
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in indirect procurement, preferably acquired within a demanding industrial environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or University-level degree.
