Zenith seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Tokyo to deliver exceptional service and maximize luxury watch sales through personalized client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat purchases across multiple communication channels including in-store, phone, and digital platforms
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, retail industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance during client shopping experiences
  • Achieve sales targets and store KPIs, actively contributing to business objectives through consultative selling and revenue maximization
  • Regularly input and update client information in the CRM system to enhance personalization and identify new sales opportunities
  • Deliver unforgettable in-store experiences that embody the brand's heritage and craftsmanship through compelling storytelling about Zenith's horological expertise
  • Ensure post-purchase services are properly executed and issues are resolved smoothly to maintain client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other Client Advisors and store management to share customer insights, product feedback, and best practices
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized, attractive store environment that encourages repeat visits and reflects the brand's luxury positioning
  • Embody LVMH culture and serve as an ambassador for the company's values
  • Comply with all regulations and guidelines related to customer data protection and store operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in luxury watches
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency or above
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
  • Results-driven approach with proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management

Experience
