Zenith in La Chaux-de-Fonds seeks a Case Fitting and Routing Operator. Permanent, on-site role requiring 5+ years' watchmaking assembly experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform case fitting (emboîtage) to specification, respecting quality standards and production cadence.
  • Operate across routing (aiguillage) positions to ensure smooth flow and optimized line balance.
  • Inspect finished pieces for conformity, accurately detect and report defects, and execute corrective actions when required.
  • Maintain production traceability and complete required documentation to ensure compliance with internal quality systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce defects and streamline processes.
  • Work in strict adherence to safety, cleanliness and horological handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable, significant experience in emboîtage and/or aiguillage within watchmaking production.
  • Exceptional visual acuity, manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Autonomous, rigorous approach with a consistent record of delivering to tight tolerances and deadlines.
  • Strong team orientation and proven ability to integrate into collaborative production teams.

Experience
