Zenith is hiring a Brand President, Americas in New York to lead regional P&L, sales and operations across North and Latin America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and define the long‑term business plan for North and Latin America in alignment with global brand objectives.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Americas region, driving top‑line growth and margin improvement through disciplined financial management and forecasting.
- Lead commercial strategy across Wholesale, E‑commerce and Retail channels, expanding market penetration and optimizing a network of 87 points of sale.
- Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing plans that elevate desirability and ensure consistent brand equity across all touchpoints.
- Champion client excellence and omnichannel execution by leveraging CRM/clienteling as a system of action to drive retention and lifetime value.
- Identify market opportunities and anticipate luxury consumer trends to position the brand competitively across diverse American markets.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing, cross‑functional leadership team; cultivate a culture of accountability, inclusion and luxury service standards.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with key wholesale partners, retail accounts and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience, ideally as a President, General Manager or VP Commercial within a multinational luxury or premium consumer goods organisation.
- Proven P&L ownership with demonstrable experience in budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
- Deep knowledge of the North American market including wholesale dynamics, retail partnerships and consumer behaviour across the US, Canada and Latin America.
- Extensive experience managing multi‑channel distribution (wholesale, retail and e‑commerce) and developing channel strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills with experience mobilising geographically dispersed teams.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation and executive presentation capabilities; strong C‑suite networking and relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
