Zenith seeks an Assembly Department Manager in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland to lead manufacturing operations and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all assembly operations (watches, movements, and components across T0–T3 production stages)
  • Develop and implement team management policies focused on employee responsibility and professional development
  • Ensure production capacity aligns with customer demand and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with methods, technical, and industrialization teams to optimize production processes and implement efficiency improvements
  • Coordinate with operations, quality assurance, supply chain, and customer service departments to achieve industrial objectives
  • Represent the assembly department in quality assurance processes, including deviation management, non-conformity tracking, and technical modifications
  • Guarantee delivery schedules and quality standards within assembly workshops
  • Support the transformation and strategic development of the brand through process improvements and organizational enhancements

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Production Management or equivalent qualification
  • Significant hands-on experience managing production operations in a transformation context
  • Technical expertise in horology or related manufacturing sector
  • Proven leadership capability with strong interpersonal and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining team engagement and performance

Experience
