The Tailor at ZEGNA’s Palacio de Hierro Monterrey provides fittings, alteration measurements, alterations, repairs, garment construction and tailoring services to high quality standards, while supporting sales with accurate Su Misura measurements. The role also involves sharing the house’s heritage and collections, gathering customer feedback and resolving issues with care. Permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform fittings, take alteration measurements, and carry out alterations, repairs, garment construction, and tailoring services to the highest quality standards.
- Support the sales team by taking accurate measurements for Su Misura clients and delivering efficient, high-quality service with attention to detail.
- Listen to customers, gather feedback on ZEGNA products, and share it with the team.
- Resolve customer issues with care.
- Represent ZEGNA by sharing its heritage and collections and delivering a personal, exceptional service throughout the selling ceremony.
