Zegna is seeking a Tailor for a permanent role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Tailor advises customers on garment alterations, completes work to their specifications and delivers items on time while providing personalized service and supporting customer loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers on options for shaping or altering items to suit their requirements, preferences and tastes, enabling informed purchase decisions.
- Carry out clothing alterations to customers’ specifications, provide personalized service and a positive shopping experience, and deliver goods on time.
- Support excellent customer service, enhance the company’s image and business, and encourage continued patronage from key customers.
Qualifications
- High school qualification with a diploma or certificate in tailoring.
- High technical knowledge and knowledge of fabrics.
