The Tailor performs high-quality alterations at ZEGNA’s Beverly Hills boutique, advising clients during fittings and ensuring excellent workmanship, timely communication, and a premium in-store experience. This permanent position pays $30–$35 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, commuter benefits, and paid vacation and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform precise, high-quality alterations in accordance with ZEGNA’s tailoring standards and aesthetic.
- Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings, providing expert guidance on garment construction, styling, and fit.
- Take full ownership of garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Manage tailoring workload efficiently and communicate clearly about timelines, delays, and expectations.
- Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and uphold a premium in-store experience.
