The Style Advisor represents Zegna at Zurich Airport, sharing the brand’s heritage, collections and craftsmanship while delivering personal customer service and building lasting relationships. The role supports sales targets and store operations, including visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting; it is a temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of Zegna’s brand story, products and craftsmanship to engage customers, present the collections and build lasting relationships.
- Work with colleagues to achieve store sales targets, execute plans set by the store manager and suggest alternative strategies.
- Maintain an organized store environment that meets customer expectations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
