The Style Advisor joins Zegna’s sales team in Taormina, engaging customers through the house’s brand, product and craftsmanship stories, building client relationships and achieving store sales targets. The role also supports visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting; it is seasonal and offers a €28,000–€30,000 base salary, commission and meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share Zegna’s brand, product and craftsmanship stories to engage customers authentically, present the offering and build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve store sales targets by executing plans provided by the Store Manager and proposing alternative strategies.
- Maintain an organized store environment aligned with customer expectations, covering visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering high-quality service focused on guest expectations in fashion and accessories retail.
- Skilled at creating personalized outfits and developing client relationships through an individual approach, using CRM and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
