The Style Advisor at Zegna’s La Vallée Village outlet in Serris engages customers through personalized styling and product expertise, builds lasting client relationships, and contributes to store sales and operations. The role is a fixed-term contract (CDD).
Role & Responsibilities
- Share Zegna’s brand, product and craftsmanship stories to engage customers authentically, present the offering and build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve store sales targets by executing plans provided by the Store Manager and proposing alternative strategies when appropriate.
- Maintain an organized store environment that meets customer expectations, contributing to visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to support results and shape the way the team works and develops.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering high-quality service focused on guest expectations in fashion and accessory retail.
- Skilled in creating personalized outfits and developing client relationships through an individual approach, using CRM and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
