Zegna is seeking a Style Advisor in Prague to engage customers through knowledge of the brand, products and craftsmanship, build ongoing client relationships and achieve store sales targets. The role also supports visual merchandising and store operations, including stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of Zegna’s brand, products and craftsmanship to engage customers authentically, present the offering and build ongoing client relationships.
- Achieve store sales targets by executing plans provided by the Store Manager and suggesting alternative strategies where appropriate.
- Help maintain an organized store environment aligned with customer expectations, including visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
- Work closely with the Store Director to contribute to results and the team’s development.

- Proven experience delivering high-quality service focused on guest expectations in fashion and accessories retail.
- Fluent French and English.
