Zegna is seeking a Style Advisor based at Galeries Lafayette in Paris to deliver a personalized luxury customer experience, build client relationships and achieve store sales targets. The role also supports visual merchandising, stockroom and inventory management, packaging, cashiering and reporting, in close collaboration with the Store Director. The position is a fixed-term contract (CDD).
Role & Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of Zegna’s brand, products and craftsmanship to engage customers authentically, present the offering and build ongoing client relationships.
- Achieve store sales targets by executing plans provided by the Store Manager and suggesting alternative strategies.
- Maintain an organized store environment that meets customer expectations, handling visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting.
- Work closely with the Store Director to drive results and shape how the team works and grows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering high-quality service focused on guest expectations in fashion and accessories retail.
- Ability to create personalized outfits and maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, using CRM and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
