The Style Advisor represents Zegna in Madrid, delivering personalised luxury service, sharing the brand’s heritage, collections and craftsmanship, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to store sales targets. The role also includes fittings and alteration measurements, maintaining merchandising and store standards, and operational duties such as inventory, cash handling and reporting; it is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personal, exceptional luxury experience, using Zegna’s sales ceremony gestures and rituals to engage clients from their arrival in the store.
- Learn the stories behind Zegna, its products and craftsmanship, and use them to engage clients authentically while presenting the collections.
- Build close client relationships that extend beyond the store visit and make clients feel part of the Zegna world.
- Work with colleagues to achieve store sales targets, execute plans provided by the store manager, and suggest alternative strategies using personal initiative.
- Monitor store stock and adapt sales techniques to maximise sales.
- Carry out customer service activities, including fittings and alteration measurements, and potentially develop into a Made to Measure specialist.
- Listen to client feedback and ensure any issues are resolved with care.
- Maintain the store environment in line with client expectations, following visual merchandising, product and packaging guidelines.
- Undertake operational tasks as required, including stockroom management, inventory, cash handling and reporting.
