Zegna is seeking a Stock Runner in Paris to support warehouse operations and sales-floor customer advisors, prepare fitting rooms and display pieces, assist with stock counts and morning deliveries, and maintain store standards and customer service. The role also contributes to loss prevention and customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations and store customer advisors on the sales floor.
- Prepare fitting rooms with requested items.
- Prepare pieces for display by checking correct labelling and pricing.
- Prepare and support the coordination of annual, monthly and spot stock counts.
- Support morning deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy working area in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Work with colleagues to prevent theft and losses.
- Serve the store continuously with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.

- Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
