ZEGNA is seeking a Senior Event Manager in Milan to lead international event workstreams from kick-off through post-event reporting, translating strategic and creative briefs into execution plans and coordinating budgets, teams and partners. The role is classified under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile), with a base salary of €55,000–€70,000.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting.
• Translate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans.
• Define project timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical paths.
• Ensure execution aligns with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines.
• Own project governance and coordinate approval processes.
• Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects, aligning planning, governance, critical paths, budget management and resource allocation.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between HQ, local markets and external partners.
• Ensure consistent communication and information flow across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Content Marketing and relevant functions to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare post-event reports with operational, financial and qualitative insights.
• Support the Head of Events and wider Events team on additional event projects as required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in luxury, fashion or lifestyle event management; international agency experience is a plus.
• Experience in project management, event production, and managing budgets and timelines.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; a hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented approach; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams; flexibility and willingness to support projects of different scales.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Available to travel internationally when required.
