The Sales Supervisor at Zegna in Düsseldorf drives sales performance through exceptional client experiences, strong personal sales results and sales-floor leadership. The role supports store KPIs, coordinates daily operations, guides Style Advisors and Su Misura Specialists without direct line management responsibility, and advances clienteling and tailored services. Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through exceptional client experiences, strong personal sales results, and leading by example on the sales floor.
- Support the Sales team in achieving store KPIs.
- Coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, till operations, stock movements, and inventory activities.
- Provide daily operational guidance and support to Style Advisors and Su Misura Specialists, without direct line management responsibility.
- Drive CRM excellence through clienteling, appointment management, client acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Promote tailored services and product initiatives, including Su Misura and Zegna Friends, where applicable.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence across all store activities.
- Act as the key communication link between the Store Manager and the Sales team.
- Work closely with the Store Director to drive results and shape ways of working and growth.
