The Temporary Sales Assistant supports customer appointments, sales activities, store presentation, inventory audits, and back-of-house operations at Zegna’s Cabazon Outlet. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role also assists Customer Advisors and the MTM department; pay is $16.90 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate customer, product, and other store information to the store team to meet customer and business needs.
• Support selling activities by updating customer profiles, preparing gift packages, and preparing for client appointments.
• Create calendars for confirmed appointments.
• Pull and organize products for large-scale appointments.
• Keep POS and alteration stations stocked and organized.
• Consult with Customer Advisors to identify customer preferences and shopping occasions.
• Use company-provided iPod and iPad technology to deliver an integrated luxury experience.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints empathetically in line with Zegna customer service policies, including alteration, damage, repair, and global return policies.
• Enter MTM orders in FIT when floor support is not needed.
• Conduct on-site audits of store physical inventories.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising follows merchandising guidelines.
• Purchase packaging materials and general store supplies.
• Support back-of-house shipping and receiving operations.
• Follow Zegna store operations and time-and-attendance policies and standards.
