ZEGNA is seeking a Retail Facilities Specialist in Milan to support the Retail Facility Manager with regional store maintenance, vendor coordination, inspections, cost tracking and process improvement. The position provides a base salary of €35,000–€40,000 and is expected to be classified under the CCNL Tessile.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Facility Manager with maintenance services for stores across the region.
- Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical and special systems, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Track and update maintenance plans, helping optimize schedules and interventions.
- Serve as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, communicating maintenance activities and progress clearly.
- Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Support vendor coordination, monitor activities and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs.
- Track and document all maintenance activities in the filing system.
- Support cost tracking and periodic reporting.
- Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of facility management processes.
Qualifications
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with cost tracking.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of CAD.
- Proactive attitude, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience
3–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments.
Education
University degree in Architecture or Engineering.
