Role & Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and revenue by using available data, business knowledge and marketplace insight to identify opportunities to improve core business.
• Monitor Su Misura customers and develop customer-retention strategies with the sales team.
• Participate in Su Misura selling activities with the team.
• Support second-fitting appointments.
• Train and develop the sales team’s Su Misura skills, ensuring staff can effectively communicate the services to clients.
• Organize and deliver in-store Su Misura training, including product-measurement training and an overview of order processing.
• Promote Su Misura services outside the store.
• Represent the company as an ambassador, maintaining the appropriate image and style.
• Participate in relevant local events to promote the brand and store.
• Build partnerships and meaningful connections with the local network.
• Maintain the Su Misura area and ensure tools are current and accessible to the sales team.
• Enter Su Misura orders through FIT and communicate special requests to headquarters.
• Provide the sales team with order confirmations by email.
• Maintain the Su Misura order chart and update sold-out fabrics.
• Work with Su Misura Administrators to resolve delivery or customs issues for product imports.
• Produce weekly and monthly sell-out analyses, review selling reports and develop business strategy.
• Manage and develop the store’s Su Misura business by promoting the service, building a client base and maintaining appropriate service standards.
• Optimize store sales development and maintain a personal customer base.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in garment construction and sizing.
• 2–4 years of experience in luxury menswear and/or a custom suiting environment.
• Ability to self-learn and self-develop.
• Experience organizing and managing Su Misura-related events successfully.
• A proven record of consistently delivering customer service that communicates luxury.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of products and the ZEGNA collection.
• Team leadership experience, including coaching in operational, technical and customer-care skills.
• Experience driving performance and achieving results through cross-functional collaboration.
