Zegna is seeking a Junior Product Manager Intern for Shoes & LA in Milan to support collection development, from material sourcing and prototype development through sample production monitoring. The intern will work with Design, Supply Chain and back-office teams on collection structure, samples and technical sheets. The internship provides €800 reimbursement and a daily lunch ticket.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support collection development across its different stages, particularly materials, colour palettes and prototype development in collaboration with the Design Office.
- Support the definition of the collection’s qualitative structure.
- Research fabrics and accessories.
- Participate in sample definition and quality checks, including fitting.
- Share sample production information with the Supply Chain team.
- Monitor sample production.
- Prepare technical sheets for prototype launch.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the back-office team to ensure the smooth transmission of information.

- Degree in Product Design or a similar discipline.
- Fluency in English.
